Pick 3 Linky: September

Oh. My. Word!  Where has the last month gone?  I'm now a mommy to a 1 month old.  A 1 MONTH OLD people?!  Wow!  After a long first month (non-stop crying and barely sleeping for our LO) we just found out that she has silent reflux. :(  This last month has been really tough, not only because I'm adjusting as a first time mom, but I have also felt like a failure as I watched my LO cry in pain as I did everything I could think of to soothe her and nothing worked!   Any other mommies out there that have had a little one with extreme reflux?  It's no fun!  Finally after trying a number of things to see if they helped our doctor gave us a prescription, that cross our fingers, seems to be helping and our sweet girl is finally starting to sleep, eat more, and appear settled and happy.  Hooray!  Here she is sleeping soundly....

I can't tell you how happy it makes me to see her content. :)  And with that, I actually have a little (wee bit) of time today to link up with Pawsitively Teaching and Inspired Owl's Corner for my favorite linky, PICK 3.

And here's a post I found with some good ideas about alternate seating... do any of you do this?  This is definitely something I'd be interested in trying once back in the classroom and the start of the school year would be the perfect time to start.
